The average cost of a wedding in America today is about $30,000. Typically the venue cost is 25% of that or $7,500. We’re happy to discuss more intimate or less costly options if that’s your interest.

Before the ceremony, you may bring in non-alcoholic beverages and outside food. Once the event begins, no outside food or drink is permitted.

After the contract is signed, you will need to pay a $1,000 booking fee and purchase your event insurance in order to hold your date. After that the remaining portion can be evenly split and paid at 12 months out, 6 months out, and 3 months out from the event. Some couples choose to make incremental payments over this timeframe. If you send a check, make sure the names of the couple and the date of the wedding is on the memo line. We also typically keep a credit card on file to cover any cost for repairs to the facility or grounds.
